WOW!!! Naomi is 6 months already!!! Time has really flown by.

I was just talking to my brother, Randell, and he just stated "yeah, you're a mom now - so you can blog!" So...here I am...BLOGGING!

I started posting pictures of Naomi on facebook, but I don't want facebook to steal my cute pics of her - so this is her new fan page! :)

I'll be posting the cuteness of Naomi here instead of facebook from now on!

IT'S A GIRL!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello world! Introducing baby Naomi Luika Tutor!! Born April 2, 2009 at the University of Utah Hospital at 7:31am weighing in at 6 lbs 8 oz and 18 inches long.

Yes, she is already 2 months old, and yes, I haven't kept this blog up like I said I was going to back in FEB of 2008!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! CRAZY!!!!!! I'm terrible! Oh well...we'll see how good I will be at this now that I want to share news about my baby to the world! :)

Ben and I have waited sooo long to be parents, and now that we FINALLY are...are we loving it???!?!?! YES!!! OF COURSE!!! EVEN WHEN SHE'S CRYING!!!!!

Naomi is the best thing that ever happened to us, next to meeting each other and falling in love! She is the brightest star in our sky! We are very blessed to have her and each other!

First day as a blogger....

Hello friends and family! Welcome to the "Day in the life of a Tutor" blogspot! :)

I grew up knowing that it was such an important and awesome thing to keep up a journal! My Grandma Kim wrote in her journal (well, it was more like a calendar thing that she wrote in, but it was the same thing) EVERYDAY! I knew that I wanted to be like her and keep one going of my life too. However, I am TERRIBLE at keeping one!! I always start and then 2 days later, I'm done! :) Terrible, I know!

Funny story about this very thing:

Ben and I have been married now for over 5 1/2 years (I know - sooo fast). We were married in June of 2002. My Grandma Kim (whom I was sooo close to) passed away in February of that year. In tribute to her, and in regards to the above paragraph, I told Ben that we needed to start our lives off together - keeping up journals. So, a day or two before our wedding, we scrambled to find cute journals, knowing that the next couple of weeks were going to be AMAZING and that we needed to write our exact feelings down for our children! We bought them, got married, went on a honeymoon, and then went on a 2 week vacation (of course with the whole Kim Ohana). Soooo much to write about, right? And such good intentions, right? Till this day....not ONE WORD HAS BEEN WRITTEN IN EITHER OF THOSE JOURNALS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! TERRIBLE!!!! HAHAHAHAHA :) :) :)

So, I've decided to try and keep up a blog. This will double as my journal and an update to my friends and family all over the world! :) I hope that you will all enjoy the content that I'll put up!
